HOW DO I MAKE AN ACCOUNT?

You can make an account by clicking the Sign-up/Login icon and entering your contact information.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON SDS BY KUSHAL SHAH?

To place an order at SDS | KUSHAL SHAH

  • Use the various category options provided under the main menu to help you find what you are looking for.
  • Once you have shortlisted an item, select your size and click on the ‘Add to cart” button.
  • Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon at the top of the page.
  • Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

You may opt for any of the following channels:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • UPI
  • NetBanking
  • Paytm
  • Payzapp
  • Rupay

*Note: We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CUSTOM FIT GARMENT?

To customize any order, you need to mail us at support@sdsbykushalshah.com or call us on +91 98707 77888 with your requirements. Our fashion consultants will then get in touch with you for a consultation to proceed ahead.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

An order once placed cannot be returned except in the case of manufacturing defects. Please read through the Shipping & Returns Policy for more information on the same.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed. Kindly read the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?

SDS l KUSHAL SHAH strives to deliver defect-free products, however, if you still receive a damaged product, kindly mail us an unboxing video with pictures of the garment defects and your order number and we will guide you with the next steps. Kindly read the Shipping & Returns page for more information on the same.

DO YOU SHIP DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide, however, there is an additional charge of taxes, customs & duties for international deliveries depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details for your reference over an e-mail which you can track on our courier partner’s website.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE?

If you are not available when we deliver the merchandise, our courier company will take it back and they will contact you for further steps.
