SHIPPING
Our shipping and processing policies outline the timelines and costs of processing your order, from making to handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.
- (i) Shipping time depends on the product. Please refer to the individual product page for the same. Additional import duties, customs and local sales tax will be applicable on all international orders.
- (ii) Shipping fees for both domestic and international orders are not included in the outfit price and will be charged at the checkout page, along with any applicable surcharges.
- (iii) While we ensure timely dispatch, SDS I KUSHAL SHAH is not responsible for delays due to public holidays, natural calamities, or courier service interruptions. We use premium partners such as DHL/FedEx for international deliveries, and tracking details will be shared with clients once available.
- (iv) Should a government-imposed lockdown or other restrictions affect our production facilities, the delivery date will be adjusted based on the current status of the outfit. Additional days will be added to the revised delivery schedule as required.
