SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Our shipping and processing policies outline the timelines and costs of processing your order, from making to handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

  • (i) Shipping time depends on the product. Please refer to the individual product page for the same. Additional import duties, customs and local sales tax will be applicable on all international orders.
  • (ii) Shipping fees for both domestic and international orders are not included in the outfit price and will be charged at the checkout page, along with any applicable surcharges.
  • (iii) While we ensure timely dispatch, SDS I KUSHAL SHAH is not responsible for delays due to public holidays, natural calamities, or courier service interruptions. We use premium partners such as DHL/FedEx for international deliveries, and tracking details will be shared with clients once available.
  • (iv) Should a government-imposed lockdown or other restrictions affect our production facilities, the delivery date will be adjusted based on the current status of the outfit. Additional days will be added to the revised delivery schedule as required.


TAXES & DUTIES:

The product prices displayed are at the maximum retail price. For domestic orders all prices are inclusive of GST. In the case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.



RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

As a standard company protocol across all point of sales, the brand does not endorse any returns or exchanges irrespective of a domestic or international order, except in case of:

  • All garments undergo a quality check before shipping. But if the merchandise you have ordered from us has a manufacturing defect, i.e., it is damaged or defective.

  • However the order is eligible for an exchange ONLY if:

    The client has notified us by email during business hours within 48 hours of receiving the product. The email should include a video of the unboxing and images of the issue to ensure fairness and due diligence on both sides.

    However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same email from the brand that you may send the piece back for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization.

    Once the garment is received by the brand, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with the brand only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the piece, please ensure that the merchandise is unused, kept with tags and is in a sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.

    • (i) We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 2-3 days of receiving the shipment.
    • (ii) Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

    • Any additional costs involved in return/exchange like shipping charges will be borne by the customer.



      Alterations:

      • (i) We accept alterations of all sizes within 48 hours of receipt of the garment.
      • (ii) You are welcome to specify any minor adjustments that need to be made. Our customer support team will review your request and confirm which alterations are covered under your purchase. If approved, please return the garment along with the invoice, and an email specifying the desired alterations.
      • (iii) Once the garment is altered, our customer care team will inform you and you can have the garment collected from our location.


      • Please Note:

        No Made to Order products are eligible for return / exchange.

        Returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and these terms of return and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third parties and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.


        INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

        • (i) Kindly note that we do not facilitate exchanges or refunds for any international orders.
        • (ii) However, in the unlikely event that any of our pieces fails to meet your expectations—be it due to damage, defect, or a deviation from your anticipation—please reach out to us at info@sdsbykushalshah.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can cater to your grievances.

        • Any additional costs involved in return/exchange (shipping charges, custom duties or taxes) will be borne by the customer.

          ORDER CANCELLATION

          Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee. Kindly take note that our brand's policy does not include the provision of refunds except for the case of manufacturing defects.
